Today is our last day to research and iim quiet scared because ii dont really think ii have enough infromation to make a 1500 esaay ;( ii need to do a little more research at home and add more cards and more questions to my ancient civilization folder !

Today ii was looking forward to working on my ancient civilization , Indus valley . ii was mainly going to research about the ARCHITECHTURE. ii researched about mohendojaro.(Mound of the Dead) was one of the largest city-settlements of the Yo,Indus Valley Civilization of south Asia situated in the province of Sind, Pakistan. Built around 2600 BCE, the city was one of the early urban settlements in the world, existing at the same time as the civilizations of ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, and Crete. The archaeological ruins of the city are designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is sometimes referred to as "An Ancient Indus Valley Metropolis

I found alot of information on their religion and what they are expected to do and what they were supposed to beleive in and sacred ceremonies. So this is a fairly good site to work on because it helped me alot, but it was hard to find this information because it was scattered out on the whole page. Fortunately ii found more information, and worked hard today. Lets hope next lesson is as achieveing as this one ;D

Today ii focused on the social classes because ii haven't been finding a lot of answers to my questions in the books. My questions' answers were mostly the same because ii had quiet similar questions. Most of the lower classes were farmers and taught their children to become farmers and the higher class people were emperors or rich men and women which would stay home and teach their sons to rule. Thank goodness ii managed to answer most of my questions for the social classes. but today there were very little books. it Seems like some other students have been checking them out . but overall ii managed to get a good amount of work done.

ii researched in some books abit even though there were just 5 books to look in due to some grade 7's hidding the books to reseach for next time or checking them out. ii focused mostly on the religion since those had the most questions and ii just had a few more lessons with the books ii found out that some of the beliefs in Hinduism was based to be started with the Harappan's religion ( which the religion's name is unknown ) Then ii headed to the computer to finish off my posts.

Mr Bonnalie seperated Me and Yasmeen from the other girls. Eventhough me and Yasmeen chit-chatted and the girls were at the next table very close to us we managed to work a little harder and didnt fool around as much. ii also stole some q-cards from Yasmeen and she went crazy looking for them because Mr.Bonnalie didnt have any ;p

ii slept for the first 10 minutes and ii asked Maha F. To wake me up so the rest of the class time ii could do some work. ii slept for a bit then did some research on my question but didnt seem to find that much information. ii tried looking in other books and asked for some help and advice from Mr. Bonnalie because all of them information on different books had different information because they made alot of inferences and "maybe suggestions" and Mr. bonnalie also told me to becareful of "Ancient India " And The Indus Valley which were 2 different things which ii wasnt aware of.

Today was the same as last lesson. ii got alot of work done and ii didnt fool around as much. But the other 7 graders have misplaced books or have taken them home and that is making it way more harder for me to get any information with a little supply of books. ii asked Mr Bonnalie where all the books where ansd he told me they should be there on the shelves. He is going to check with the other Grades to see if They checked out any books because they were specifically asked not to. But overall a fairly exceptional work was done not due to my behaviour but due to the loss of books

ii got alot of work done today beacuse ii wasnt sitting next to any of the girls. ii was well focused and did a great job. ii answered to of my questions and noticed everything the Harappans did was a "maybe" its because archiologists cant read their writing so everything is a inference based on a discovery. There is plenty of information-filled books ii will be exploring next lesson

Well , today ii Didnt get alot of work done , ii was fooling around a bit and playing with some of the girls. Mr bonnalie was very annoyed with my behaviour . Next lesson ii will act much better and try to get more information on my ancient civilization. The indus valley is a hard one to research, nobody elses is doing it in the class except me so ii wont be able tog et help from anyone in the class. ii should sit far away from the girls so iim fully focused and dont get distracted by them.
